Oriana Holmes-Price

External Affairs Associate

As the External Affairs Associate with Attentive Energy, Oriana offers direct support to Attentive Energy’s Community Engagement Lead and assistance more broadly to the project’s Permitting and Development team with the management of stakeholder relations. Oriana is responsible for meeting preparation, interfacing with key stakeholders, attending stakeholder events in New York and New Jersey, and supporting the submission of key state and federal documents. 

Prior to transitioning into this role, Oriana joined the team as an inaugural External Affairs intern where she dove into learning more about the US offshore wind industry and provided support and research to the team on various project initiatives.

Oriana has previously served as a student activist, leading the New Jersey Public Interest Research Group (NJPIRG Students) as the State Board Chair, State Board Vice Chair, and Rutgers-Camden Chapter Chair advocating for social and environmental issues. She also brings experience from her time working on a Congressional campaign and interning in the Office of New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy. Oriana obtained her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies and a certification in National Security from Rutgers-University Camden and will be returning for her M.S. in Public Affairs with a concentration in Community Development.
