Electrical Systems Manager

As the Electrical Systems Manager, Faisal will support all stages of the project development through the management of the engineering and respective activities associated with electrical and transmission deliverables. Faisal will lead electrical and associated discipline project teams from development/procurement, through pre-feed/feed stages, into capital construction, testing and commissioning as well as operations and maintenance.

Prior to joining Attentive Energy, Faisal has almost 12 years of electrical discipline related experiences. He was recently a Mid-Atlantic Regional Supervisor, overseeing 30 engineers and technicians at TRC Companies in NJ, NY, PA, OH and MD, for clients like PSE&G, NJ Transit, First Energy, AEP and NYPA. Faisal was responsible for leading his own HV generation, transmission and distribution projects in the engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning phases for these clients, as well as providing technical expertise to his team members and clients on other projects. In addition to his team, he also oversaw 100+ contractors across various stages of these projects. Additionally, he was responsible for the yearly project budgets, schedules, team capacity, as well as delivering technical training and seminars on protection and control/electrical testing theories for the Mid-Atlantic region.
