Offtake Program Coordinator

As the Offtake Program Coordinator for Attentive Energy offshore wind projects, Nell will support the development of competitive bid proposals, manage offtake program reporting requirements, and coordinate with all team members working on the Attentive Energy projects.

Prior to joining Attentive Energy, Nell spent the past few years at an offshore wind consultancy, where served as a member of the market studies team to prepare and deliver early-stage market development studies, including market screening, roadmap studies, and market entry strategies. She supported offshore wind market studies, including but not limited to technical advisory support, fixed and floating market assessments, regulatory analysis, and supply chain readiness assessments.

Nell completed her undergraduate studies at Tulane University in New Orleans, earning a B.S. in Environmental Biology as well as in Marketing. Through her educational background, she gained a passion for and deep understanding of renewable energy.
