Commercial Director

Scot Hewitt-Gudgin is the Commercial Director for the Attentive Energy projects. As the Commercial Director, Scot is responsible for leading the Attentive Energy offshore wind projects’ commercial, financing, and financial administration activities. 

Scot joins the project from Attentive Energy shareholder partner Corio Generation where he is a Senior Vice President in the US Business. Prior to joining Corio Generation and the Attentive Energy project, Scot was Head of the Project Services for Avangrid where he was responsible for Engineering, Procurement & Construction resources & services supporting a portfolio of offshore wind projects. Prior to moving to the US Scot worked for Avangrid sister company ScottishPower Renewables in the UK. Scot undertook a range of business & project roles across their portfolio of projects in the UK & Europe. His scope included General Project Management, Project Management Office, Foundations Package and Ports Management. Before moving to the renewables sector Scot was the commercial & procurement manager for a number of global oil & gas projects. Scots offshore project experience, spans over 25 years and numerous countries.

Scot received his MBA in the Global Energy Industry at Glasgow’s Strathclyde University.
