Tania Marinos Workforce & Economic Development Manager As the Workforce & Economic Development Manager, Tania advances partnerships, initiatives, and community-first programs which anchor career pathways and economic opportunities for our offshore wind projects. Tania brings nearly a decade of workforce development and project management expertise to the team. She has a proven track record advancing community-driven initiatives in clean energy, economic development, green infrastructure, and MWBE engagement strategy and is committed to moving the needle towards a greener, more equitable energy economy. Prior to joining the team, Tania worked in the Adams administration at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Operations – the in-house consultancy for Deputy Mayors, City Hall, and agency leadership – where she led projects with a focus on workforce development, capital reform, and interagency collaboration. Before the Mayor’s Office, Tania was a project lead at Karp Strategies – an equity-driven consulting firm – where she led the firm’s stakeholder engagement portfolio delivering renewable energy, community outreach, and strategic planning campaigns for clients across the Northeast.
