Permitting Coordinator

As the Permitting Coordinator for Attentive Energy, Tori will support the preparation of permitting applications and Construction and Operations Plan (COP) materials, while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and key regulatory stakeholders.

Tori graduated from Colby College with a B.A. in environmental policy and recently completed the University of Massachusetts Amherst Offshore Wind Professional Certificate Program, expanding her expertise in the offshore wind sector. Before her role as permitting coordinator, Tori joined Attentive Energy as the permitting intern where she supported agency communications and development of the COP. Prior to joining Attentive Energy, Tori supported community affairs at Equinor, where she helped strengthen stakeholder relationships across New England.
