Favio Germán

Community Engagement Manager

As the Community Engagement Manager at Attentive Energy, Favio Germán will support Attentive Energy’s mission of centering community engagement in its offshore wind projects in New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining the team, Favio worked at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority where he led the creation of offshore wind-focused workforce development and community engagement initiatives. Favio’s career arc includes stints in management consulting where he led projects for government and nonprofit clients, advocacy and program management at multiple nonprofit organizations, as well as international development work through his service in the Peace Corps. Favio also co-founded AmpleSpace, a non-profit organization that focuses on promoting access to mental health education and services for young people of color.

Favio earned a Master of Public Administration from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Economics, and Law from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. Favio is also a certified Project Management Professional.
