Karen Dong Workforce & Economic Development Coordinator As the Workforce & Economic Development Coordinator at Attentive Energy, Karen is dedicated to advancing workforce initiatives, labor partnerships, and community investments to anchor career pathways and economic opportunities for New York and New Jersey. Previously, Karen led operations support and provided communications, logistics, and research assistance to the entire Attentive Energy Project and its senior management team as Project Administrator. She worked on both internal project development and external affairs initiatives in her former role. Karen graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Energy & Environmental Policy and a B.A. in Political Science. She has worked extensively in nonprofits, community and electoral organizing, and research in her fields of interest in energy policy, urbanism, political economy, and climate change mitigation.
