Procurement Lead

As the Procurement Lead, Cassandra will manage the procurement, contracting strategies, supplier qualification, RFIs/RFPs, vendor proposal evaluations, and contract negotiations that result in best value for pre-auction activities and for assets in development phase.

Before joining TotalEnergies, Cassandra served as a Contracts Advisor for a consulting firm, where she focused on RFPs and the contract lifecycle for the Gulf of Mexico drilling and completions department.  Prior to that she spent five years at Guidon Energy as a Sr. Procurement Advisor, where she managed the execution of complex end to end sourcing and contract management activities for all company’s assets.

Cassandra received her Master of Legal Studies in oil, gas, and energy law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and her bachelor’s in education with a minor in psychology from the University of Houston.
