Laurent Tavet

Project Control Director

Laurent Tavet is the Project Control Director at Attentive Energy. He joined TotalEnergies as project control referent in HQ before working on numerous projects (Usan, Kharyaga, Kashagan) in various locations (UK, Nigeria, Russia, Kazakhstan). In his most recent role, Laurent developed and maintained project control processes for 20+ projects development in Caspian Sea / Kashagan field. His expertise lies in managing Project Control activities and teams in multicultural environments.

Prior to joining TotalEnergies in 2001, Laurent spent 10 years as Project Control specialist in a construction company (oil and building industries), on construction sites in various countries (Nigeria, Congo, Portugal, France) and 5 years as a Project Control consultant in cars industry and bank environment in Paris.
